The lack of a proper pillow really got to me. It was just some weird, lumpy thing. the tv situation was also odd, since there wasn't one in the room. i get the minimalist vibe. but still, a tv would have been nice. also. the room echoed, amplifying every little noise. it was not ideal for light sleepers like myself.

The hotel had a great location, very close to the central station. I found the breakfast amazing with a large selection of options, including fresh fruit. The front desk was helpful answering any questions i had . They kept replenishing the food.

The hotel room seemed a bit outdated, and some of the equipment was like it was from an earlier time. The bathroom was tiny too.

the hotel's location was ideal. it was an easy walk to the central station and also to the oktoberfest grounds. i found the staff very friendly and professional. the room was cleaned perfectly each day (which i always appreciate). the breakfast offered a fresh and great variety of food.

i did notice some minor wear and tear in the shower area. i saw some broken ceramic tiles plus a few fungal spots between tiles.

the hotel is very close to the city center. i walked almost everywhere i wanted to go. trams stop right at the hotel's doorstep. the railway station is only 400 meters away on the same street.

the front desk staff were well-informed and helpful, assisting with directions and information. the receptionists did their best to accommodate an early check-in. the staff ensured the room was cleaned to a high standard each day i was there.
