The breakfast offered many choices. I found the staff were very helpful. Instructions for the parking garage were clear. The location is surprisingly silent, despite being central.

odd pillow echoing room

The lack of a proper pillow really got to me. It was just some weird, lumpy thing. the tv situation was also odd, since there wasn't one in the room. i get the minimalist vibe. but still, a tv would have been nice. also. the room echoed, amplifying every little noise. it was not ideal for light sleepers like myself.

Convenient stay near the station

great location amazing breakfast

The hotel had a great location, very close to the central station. I found the breakfast amazing with a large selection of options, including fresh fruit. The front desk was helpful answering any questions i had . They kept replenishing the food.

The hotel room seemed a bit outdated, and some of the equipment was like it was from an earlier time. The bathroom was tiny too.

The hotel features convenient luggage storage, which i found to be particularly helpful for early arrivals or late departures, because it allowed me to explore the city without being burdened by my bags. There is also a 24-hour reception.

the staff were friendly and helpful at breakfast the selection of food available was substantial. the hotel is near public transport it was easy to reach the city center.

the shower had broken ceramic tiles and black fungal spots were present. the room lacked a refrigerator and there was a very small pedestal fan.

convenient and friendly stay

central station friendly staff perfect cleaning fresh breakfast

the hotel's location was ideal. it was an easy walk to the central station and also to the oktoberfest grounds. i found the staff very friendly and professional. the room was cleaned perfectly each day (which i always appreciate). the breakfast offered a fresh and great variety of food.

i did notice some minor wear and tear in the shower area. i saw some broken ceramic tiles plus a few fungal spots between tiles.

the hotel is very close to the city center. i walked almost everywhere i wanted to go. trams stop right at the hotel's doorstep. the railway station is only 400 meters away on the same street.

the room had a very comfortable bed, i slept really well. the bathroom has a separated toilet from the shower, great (i always find this more convenient). the room was also very clean upon arrival.

the front desk staff were well-informed and helpful, assisting with directions and information. the receptionists did their best to accommodate an early check-in. the staff ensured the room was cleaned to a high standard each day i was there.

The breakfast had scrambled eggs and sausage, a nice start to the day. it also offered a good variety of options. I never left hungry. coffee and tea service was available at the table in the morning.

The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of food selections. The hotel is near many restaurants. This simplifies finding dinner. Staff members were especially helpful at the front desk. I extend my stay twice because the customer service was perfect.
